The ARC 2020 International Conference on Women Leadership and Empowerment (ARC ICWLE 2020 Maldives), invites scholars, activists, policymakers, business leaders, and change-makers to submit papers that explore the multifaceted aspects of women leadership, empowerment, and the ongoing fight for gender equality.

This conference aims to create a platform for global dialogue, sharing research, experiences, and actionable solutions that can enhance women leadership opportunities and drive change in political, social, and economic systems. We encourage papers that discuss key themes such as leadership development, gender equity, and how empowerment can be achieved in different societal contexts.
